Valid rep checklist
Begin standing tall with hips and knees extended, holding the ball in both hands.
Descend until the hips are lower than the knees — below parallel.
Stand and throw with both hands so the ball hits the designated target zone.
After a drop, reset to the fully standing start before beginning the next squat.
Interactive 100-rep planner
Select the largest clean set you can repeat when fresh. The planner turns it into three starting strategies that total exactly 100. Test them after running and keep the version that preserves depth and target accuracy.

Option 01
Conservative
10 × 10
10 working sets · More planned breaks; useful when no-reps rise under fatigue.
Option 02
Controlled
7 × 13 + 9
8 working sets · A repeatable middle option for race-specific rehearsals.
Option 03
Aggressive
6 × 16 + 4
7 working sets · Fewer breaks, but only if depth and target accuracy stay clean.

These links open current Amazon results because availability changes. Match the ball to your division and confirm its listed weight before buying. A home target must be rated and installed for repeated impact.
Best for official-style familiarity
Search the current Amazon catalogue for the co-branded training ball and verify that the listing carries your division weight.
Consider first
Exact availability, seller and weight vary by listing. A branded ball is not required for effective practice.

Frequently asked
The adult HYROX Singles wall-ball station requires 100 valid repetitions. It is station eight, after the eighth 1 km run and immediately before the finish.
The official Singles loads are 4 kg for Women Open, 6 kg for Women Pro and Men Open, and 9 kg for Men Pro. Always check the current official rulebook for your format and event.
The official Singles target height is 2.70 metres for women and 3.00 metres for men. Those convert to approximately 8 ft 10 in and 9 ft 10 in, rather than exactly 9 ft and 10 ft.
Common causes include failing to begin fully upright, not taking the squat below parallel, or missing the designated target strike zone. No-reps do not count toward the required 100.
